WET DAY OUT !!! (2010-07-25)

Well, that was hell of a day :-) It was raining sooo much, sometimes there were real waterfalls dropping on us...but thanks God, great company, smart judging and nice results saved the day...Harry was made up to CHAMPION on the day :-)

The judge for Cockers at INTERNATIONAL DOG SHGOW in IRIG was Ms. Alenka Pokorn (SLO).

So, lets being busy :-) After Maya's litter we have another one out of Demi...Thirteen pups will keep us busy for quite a long time...but we are hardly looking forward to watch the playing in our garden...Till then, here they are , seven cute babies from our latest "Z" litter. Two black boys, one golden and four black girls are doing just great, as well as their mommy. They are by MISKO - Doubtless Born To Win ( Ch Charbonnel Star War x Int Ch Doubtless Mad Mosquito) and out of DEMI - Ch Gallinagos Pretty Damn Good (Int Ch Quettadene Wild Oats x Int Ch Gallinagos Dana Scully)

WELCOME TO OUR NEW "Y" LITTER !!! (2010-07-02)

It seems that Maya decided to join the birthday celebration of our excellent "W" litter by waiting till her 65th day of pregnancy and giving us her 2nd,but our "Y" litter in July the 2nd. Everything else in this litter went just...normal:-) Mommy and babies are doing just fine...
So, we got six lovely pups, black boy, golden boy, black girl and three golden girls.
They are by our golden boy HARRY - QUETTADENE SHUMADINAC (Sh Ch Lochranza For Your Eyes Only x Quettadene Classic Ebony) and out of our special black lady MAYA - INT CH MULTI CH GALLINAGOS LOOSING MY RELIGION (Int Ch Charbonnel Glenmartin x Ch Gallinagos Example Of Elegance).
Well, will be there another Zorro or Milica (Maya's pups)...or Ian, Duki, Fancy or Cigra (Harry's progenies)...we just have to wait and see, but their pedigree is something that we wanted to have in our home for a long time, because there are so many beautiful dogs that we like, not to mention, some rare situation, even for UK, to have three stunning black ladies that we LOVED so much, namely: Sh Ch Asuanne's Ghia, Sh Ch Charbonnel Fair Chair and Sh Ch Quettadene Mistique...well, if our little black girl "decide" to remind of any of these gorgeous ladies...we will be more than pleased:-) Their photos, pedigree and all other details, you can see at "Puppies & Kittems" page...

FAAAANTASTIC WEEKEND IN BRNO !!! (2010-06-13)

We had just FAAAANTASTIC weekend in Brno, CZ, spending great time with our friends, had a pleasure to show our dogs under really, but really respectable judges, who loved to judge more then 250 spaniels there and hope had very nice time, had wonderful results both days...with several Best In Shows...

In Saturday, Dogs judge was Mr. Andrew Jones (Shenmore) and Bitches judge was Ms. Sue Kettle (Lujesa). Our dogs did quite well:

ZORRO - VWW Int Ch Gallinagos Smooth Operator (Int Ch Los Ombues Forever Incognito x Int Ch Gallinagos Loosing My Religion) , won his Black Champion Class with CAC and was super shortlisted in TWO Best Dogs...as he lost that day, We guess he was (unofficialy) the 2nd Best Dog :-)

FORA - VEur Ch Int Ch Meden Agan Vote For Gallinagos (Quettadene Ethos x Gallinagos Ice Tea), won her Black Champion Class with CAC and was shortlisted in four best bitches.

SRNA - Int Ch Gallinagos Great Gift (Int Ch Quettadene Wild Oats x Int Ch Gallinagos Classy Baby), was VETERAN BISS !!!

CIGRA- Gallinagos X-treme Gift (Quettadene Shumadinac x Int Ch Gallinagos Great Gift) was Junior BISS, but also BOS !!!

In Sunday, Dogs judge was Ms. Sue Kettle and Bitches judge was Mr. Andrew Jones. Our team did even better :-)

ZORRO - CAC in Champion Class, CLUB WINNER & BOS

FORA- CAC in Chamion Class and again shortlisted in four best bitches

There is no reasonable reason WHY we decided to keep Oliver with us...As he is closely related to all NFO females in the country and as he lives with his mother and sister, he is gonna to be neutered... But he is such beautiful cat and due to Bobana's special soft spot for WHITE cats...here he is...Spending his time with us and we have to say we are blessed to have such loving character with us:-)

JUDGING AT NATIONAL DOG SHOW IN UB, SERBIA (2010-04-17)

I got really great pleasure to judge all breeds from VIII FCI Group, at National Dog Show in Ub. I've judge Goldens, Labs, Springers and, of course Cockers there. Had really good entery and found few really nice dogs in Goldens and Labs , a nice Springer Bitch and ALL COCKERS that were presented to me. I was glad to make three Champions on the day, they definitely deserved it.

GREAT WEEKEND IN GRAZ (A) !!! (2010-03-07)

We had simply fantastic time in Austria last weekend, spent wonderful time with our friends, had a pleasure to see some lovely cockers at The Club Show in Graz, judged by Mr. Rui Oliveira (P).

This Club Show is very special for us, ten years ago we introduced our dogs to "cockers world" here in Graz, where our beloved bl&tan bitch BEBA - Int Ch Multi Ch Gallinagos Classy Baby was BEST IN SHOW under Mrs. Peggy Grayson (UK). Ten years after, her granddaughter VEur Ch Int Ch Meden Agan Vote For Gallinagos, gave the best birtrhday present to her granny by winning another BEST IN SHOW in Graz.

JUDGING COCKERS IN ITALY (2010-02-07)

I had wonderful time in Italy last weekend, spent with some really nice people, had some shopping in Milan, had grooming presentation for spaniels, judged English Cocker Spainels at "Trofeo Challenge Franka Simondetti" at National Dog Show in Biella...I saw some really nice cocker there and was very pleased to put up few of them that I really liked.


My Best Bitch was, almost ten months old light blue bitch FRANCINI'S HASSEN MARY ( Francini's Obre x Los Ombues Xtreme), ow. Sebastiani. What can I say about her? I simply felt in love in her at the very first moment she appiered in the ring...her lovely type, balance and all over picture simply made me to forget how old (or better young) she is :-) (Biella, 2010-02-07, photo by Suzana)

The show season in Serbia has been finished with the biggest and the last International Dog Show, CACIB Belgrade. There were 25 English Cocker Spaniels entered and Mr. Istvan Nagy (H) to be breed and group judge.

There is no need to try to explain how delighted we were when BOKI - Gallinagos Very Imortant Person was chosen to be BEST IN SHOW... Not just it was our last show together, because we agreed with Boki's owner, since Boki was baby, to try to have some fun at shows and present him during this show season while he is junior...and what a fun we had with him !!! But more because, at the last show in season, the most prestigious in our country and after soooo long time ,think it has been 16 or 17 years since Olanza Pass The Buck , Boki's Great Great Grandfather (once it was Bozotligeti Wise Girl Best Of Day) an English Cocker Spaniel won BIS!!! If there were just one person, novice, who found our Boki being great ambassador of our breed and felt in love with cockers...then our "mission" was completed :-)

It's not easy at all, after so good time we spent together, letting Boki go to live with his owners...I really had great pleasure showing this outgoing dog...feeling his joy and happines in the ring always gave me special motivation. A true merry cocker he is...

BOKI AT VERY IMPORTANT PLACE - AGAIN (2009-11-20)

The following day, after Club Show in Zagreb, there was International Dog Show with CRUFTS Qualification.

The breed judge was Mrs. Lisbet Mach (CH), she has also nice entry, except we didn't want to enter our two International Champions, Zorro and Fora. So HARRY - Quettadene Shumadinac was the 1st in Inermedia Class, but our young boy BOKI - Gallinagos Very Important Person delighted us by winning Junior BIS 3, under Mrs. Lisbet Mach and then, having such lovely wins, he was BEST OF GROUP under charming Mrs. Elene Ruskovaara (FIN) and finally RESERVE BEST IN SHOW under Mrs. Rene Sporre-Willes (S), at just 14 months...

NICE RESULTS AT CROATIAN CLUB SHOW (2009-11-19)

In Friday evening, there was organized Croatian Club Show for breeds from VII and VIII FCI groups. All spaniels were judged by Mrs. Carole Wood (MARADA) and there were 30 cockers entered for her. Show was really nicely organized, our complements, but it was just a pity that some of our friends couldn't make it to come and share some nice time together, we missed them there.

Two other members from our "show team" were Boki - JWW Gallinagos Very Important Person who ended as 2nd in Junior Class and Harry - Quettadene Shumadinac, who was 3rd in Intermedia Class.

VERY IMPORTANT NEWS !!! (2009-10-11)

We can still remember the moment when we decided to give pedigree name to our sweet little boy Boki - VERY IMPORTANT PERSON...and thought how pretentious this name could be. Well, we laugh then saying he could make us really proud one day with some VERY IMPORTANT NEWS.

At the last WORLD DOG SHOW in Bratislava he did it: our young boy BOKI - JWW GALLINAGOS VERY IMPORTANT PERSON (VWW Int Ch Gallinagos Smooth Operator x Jun EurCH Int Ch Gallinagos One For Quettadene) made some very important news by becoming JUNIOR WORLD WINNER under Mr. Shamil Abrakimov, ROS (who placed him 1st in his black junior class) and Mr. Jakkel Tamás, HUN who found him the best of all junior dogs and later BEST OF BREED over 220 cockers under Mr. Jakkel Tamás, HUN. He was such great ambassador of our breed in the big ring, he charmed Mr. Laurent Pichard, CH, who placed him in Junior BOG competition.

We would like to thank all these judges for such high opinion about our boy, then to thank a lot to all of you, who congratulated us and finally, to wish the best of luck to Boki's new owners Sanja & Bojan Bakic.

The rest of our Show-Team in Bratislava did quite well, Harry - Quettadene Shumadinac and Fora - VEurCh Int Ch Multi Ch Meden Agan Vote For Gallinagos were placed as 2nd in their classes and won R-CAC, while "the proud daddy" Zorro - VWW Int Ch Gallinagos Smooth Operator finished as VICE WORLD WINNER with Res. CACIB.

We would like to mention that we had just GREAT time there, not only because really nice results, but also because some great people, worth people we met during past years and although being tuff competitors, made in to our great friends.
